Vehicle Storage & Release Information
Everything you need to retrieve a stored or impounded vehicle — please call first to confirm.
How to find out if we have your vehicle
Call our dispatch line and give us your name, the vehicle's make/model and plate, and where it was towed from. We'll confirm whether it's in our storage and explain the next step.
What to bring
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof you're the registered owner (or written authorization if you're an agent)
- Any release paperwork if a police hold was involved
[CONFIRM] exact ID/ownership documents required.
Payment
[CONFIRM] accepted payment methods (cash, cards, etc.) and current storage rates before publishing.
Registered owner & authorization
Vehicles are released to the registered owner or a properly authorized agent. If someone else is picking up for you, call ahead — they'll typically need written authorization plus their own ID. [CONFIRM authorization process.]
Personal property
You can retrieve personal belongings from a stored vehicle. Call first to arrange access and confirm what's allowed.
Police holds & insurance pickups
If law enforcement placed a hold, they must release it before we can hand over the vehicle. For insurance total-loss pickups, your insurer or their agent can coordinate retrieval with proper authorization.
Hours & directions
Towing and dispatch run 24/7. Vehicle release and in-person visits are during office hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Sat 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM · Sun Closed. Always call first to confirm, since release requirements and hours can vary. Storage is at our La Habra facility. [CONFIRM storage yard address — same as 1501 E Lambert Rd?]
